We are a web/mobile/cloud consulting firm, headquartered in San Francisco. We work with clients around the world to build and launch software that matters.

We currently have 32 amazingly brilliant full-time employees, and we’d like to add a couple more. We’re pretty selective – we only want smart, motivated, interesting people who are passionate about taking care of clients, working hard, and building things right. Our Development Stack
Our typical stack includes Django/Python/PostgreSQL on the backend, plus HTML5/CSS3/Javascript on the front end. We’re pretty big on front-end frameworks as well – Bootstrap, Angular, Backbone, etc. On the mobile side it’s usually native iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java). We believe in agile methodology. We believe in building things fast, but right. We use GitHub, PivotalTracker, and HipChat as part of our daily workflow.

Our Typical Projects
We’re a consulting shop, so we have an ever-changing mix of engagements going on. The following links will give you some idea of the kinds of projects we work on:

Current Roles at Tivix
Pretty much all of our team members are either software engineers or project managers. While all of our engineers are comfortable with the full stack, they tend to each be specialists in either front-end, back-end, or mobile. They have real engineering credentials, with degrees from real universities. Our project managers are the real deal as well, because they need to be as comfortable managing clients as they are at managing engineers. View our full team here.
